Ok so, you or anyone have tips for posting safely? I was always a lurker on the other one but want to help with the rebuild now with some content I got. I only have Avast VPN as it came with a package but I don't know how safe it is.
A good suggestion is getting one that is based outside the EU or USA, and especially a country that doesn't work well with LEOs

Maybe but the mods on SMG did nothing to make things less confusing when we all flooded in with support. Bad move on their part. And not having OF access just makes their site so less attractive atm compared to all the other sites available. I hope people come back here
Yeah they seem badly mismanaged there. But hiding links and things to restricted registered users or reactions would definitely help prevent a lot of people from just lurking in a thread, taking links, and posting them elsewhere which ends up drawing a ton of unwanted attention to the site.
They already have too much unwanted attention, the link of that forum has been posted on twitter so whoever went after TB will also go after SMG...
