So, I give my honest review and opinion, on a free and open speech platform and that makes me wrong in the head? Thank you for your feedback, however your conclusion of the situation is flawed and incorrect, due to your personal involvement, investment and manipulation by Alice and her victim mentality brought on by her Narcissistic Personality Disorder.
Let me expand and explain why;
If I went to a restaurant and the food was not up to standard, I would be well within my rights to raise the concern to staff and either get an adequate replacement or a refund, this would not stop me from returning to the restaurant to see if they could redeem themselves, but until then if I wanted to give an open and honest review of the restaurant I would again be quite within my rights to give that review. Yes the restaurant could refuse to serve myself or any others that had the same or similar complaints, but, any good quality restaurateur, would be happy to hear the problems being raised and do their upmost to correct and fix the problem, because if they didn't, business would dwindle and die off, causing the closure of the restaurant, this is bad business sense.
So if I was to shut up and keep my views and opinions to myself, Alice would never get better, analysis and understanding of the issue is therefore is the basis for improvement. Understand the issue, work with the customer to fix the problem and build a better product and relationship, glowing reviews from a free, impartial and independent source will propagate future and new business.
Without the honest feedback of myself and the other people on this forum, the continual fake and false praise from customers who have no objectivity, other than the gratification of being noticed, will breed stagnancy, complacency and will degrade the product with every iteration of production.
So again I thank you for your feedback and I will take what you have said onboard and try to be a little more constructive with my criticism in the future
