I think what he is saying is, if Liam and Alice have split up, he can withdraw his consent to use any of the content recorded with him in, which is why Alice had to go back to using a producer/cameraman from BabeStation for the delivery driver video and the subsequent "BG" videos up until the shoot with Shaft, although that can also be fraught with issues, take the Shaft/Sophie Reade/Montana Minx collaboration, this video can't be sourced from any of the parties anymore, so someone must have withdrawn consent for one reason or another.
It may be down to this new "Safeguarding" law that is supposed to be coming out, whereby you can't feature participants on your own site that hides their face from view, as they can't be recognized or confirmed against their consent form, as it has been reported that sex traffickers have been using underage performers and using previously acquired consent forms.
If this law does come into effect then no content creator will be allowed to feature any disguised/masked or hide any faces of their participants, which will prohibit Alice and other creators from selling this kind of content, so all of her Liam content and if she does release it the Shaft content will be void and unable to be sold by Alice, although Shaft could still sell it and share profits from it with her.
I believe that OnlyFans already has this rule in place and is only luck that it has not been flagged before now.
